Debbie Mathew has worked as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist for 12 years and has been accredited with the BABCP for 10yrs. She has undertaken intensive specialist CBT training at The Maudsley Hospital Centre for Anxiety Disorders & Trauma/Institute of Psychiatry where she gained a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy. She also has a Post graduate Diploma Cognitive Psychotherapy from Southampton University for Severe Mental Health Problems enabling her to also work with more complex conditions, such as psychosis and personality issues.
